REPORTING ZERO-TOLERANCE CONCERNS:

If you suspect that a driver is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, call the authorities by dialing 911 or your local non-emergency assistance line if necessary, and then, contact us or text directly to the number 561 764 8600. A concern does not need to be in real-time, don't hesitate to report any issues, our line is available 24/7 to ensure your safety during every ride.
